Rick Wallace, CR, is the owner and CEO of Property Restoration Specialists, LLC in Gallatin, TN. He received his certification as a Certified Restorer (CR) in 2001, the highest designation in the restoration and reconstruction industry after serving in the United States Navy during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Rick Wallace has traveled the country on various large projects including devastated areas in Louisiana and Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina. Rick is an active participant in numerous community service activities and non-profit organizations supporting the community.
Through his 16 years in the industry, Rick Wallace has completed numerous certifications including but not limited to IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, IICRC Master Smoke/ Fire Restorer, Master Water Restorer and Tennessee State Certified Radon Mitigation. Rick Wallace has worked closely with Industrial Hygienists and Microbiologists since 1992 on numerous mold remediation projects as well as having additional experience with air duct cleaning, crawl space restoration, fire and flood restoration, including mold remediation in facilities ranging from hospitals to high rise offices, schools to government facilities, and projects for home owners like you!

Pat has lived in Southern New Jersey all of his life. After graduating from Paul VI Catholic High School, he worked for a custom home builder for nine years. There Pat familiarized himself with all facets of the building industry including excavating and site work. For the last 17 years, Pat is well known for running a local Waterproofing company. He worked his way up in the company that was sold to a large conglomerate. His duties included estimating of all waterproofing of existing homes to completion of all projects. In the last 17 years he has successfully completed over 5,000 waterproofing projects. Pat has brought his no nonsense approach to Property Restoration Specialists with great fanfare. He is responsible for Estimating of both Mold and Waterproofing projects as well as handling all operations for the New Jersey office. Below are some more of his duties:
